This fully remote role focuses on presenting company-approved programs through virtual meetings, educating individuals on available options, and assisting with enrollment. Top performers advance into Entry-Level Management and Leadership based on performance and consistency.

  • Present company-approved programs via Zoom and phone
  • Conduct virtual consultations with assigned leads
  • Guide individuals through available options and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules
  • Collaborate with a distributed remote sales team
  • Meet weekly performance objectives

Qualifications

  • Coachable, goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
