Role Description

As a Case Manager, you'll oversee customer accounts, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You'll work closely with technicians, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality pest control services and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Customer Service:
    • Manage customer accounts and service requests efficiently.
    • Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, issues, and resolutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Case Management:
    • Oversee service cases from initiation to resolution.
    • Coordinate with technicians and other teams for timely service delivery.
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Service Coordination:
    • Schedule and manage service appointments.
    • Ensure technicians have necessary information and resources.
    • Track service progress and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with customer service, operations, and sales teams.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
