Job Description
Role Description
Huge is looking for an Associate Team Designer to join the Team Design team. They have strong organizational skills, are decisive within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and use consistent discretion and good judgment.
- Work with the Team Design Team to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system.
- Responsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivity.
- Clearly communicate policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reporting.
- Understand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this data.
- Maintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projects.
- Support the team and department with any special projects that come up.
This role reports to a senior member of the Team Design team.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, strong follow-up, and attention to detail, all with minimal direction.
- Excellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization, and Excel.
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strategic, forward-thinking planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google Slides.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- High standards for being a good team player and understanding when to lead and when to follow.

Wage Disclosure: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
