Role Description

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end product experiences — someone who can turn product ideas into fast, elegant, and scalable software from database to user interface.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to expand a next-generation AI-native data platform that helps teams build, automate, and scale AI systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy ownership, solving complex technical problems, and shipping features that deliver immediate value to users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and ship product features end-to-end across the platform.
  • Own functionality from backend services to frontend user experience.
  • Architect scalable systems supporting data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and AI workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to translate user needs into impactful functionality.
  • Work across the stack including APIs, databases, frontend components, and cloud deployments.
  • Improve system performance, observability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to developer experience by extending internal frameworks, CLI tools, and SDKs.
  • Deploy frequently, test rigorously, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong backend experience with Python or Node.js
  • Frontend development using React and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience building and operating production-grade systems
  • Product-oriented mindset with attention to usability and developer experience
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership

Nice to have

  • Experience with data engineering, pipelines, or AI/ML infrastructure

Benefits

  • Help build core infrastructure powering the next generation of AI applications
  • Work directly with founders and product leadership
  • High ownership and impact across the product and technical stack
  • Rapid development cycles where engineers ship frequently
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits

Core Principles

  • Win as a team
  • Empower others to succeed
  • Think boldly and take initiative
  • Deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Build systems that compound over time
  • Continuously improve and level up
