Job Description
Role Description
- Audit data inputs from contractors to verify compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements
- Compare contractor data against project tax, finance, and contract criteria to identify discrepancies or non-compliance
- Review certified payrolls to confirm correct wages, fringe benefits, and labor compliance per client and project requirements
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining deficiencies, corrective actions, and compliance status for upper management
- Input and maintain compliance data in dashboards, providing weekly updates on project-wide compliance performance
- Lead weekly meetings with management to present audit findings, discuss issues, and track corrective actions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, gathering documentation, performing discrepancy research, and supporting contractors through compliance requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds at a time
- Must be physically capable of walking on the job site on varied, uneven terrain and/or in varied temperatures and weather elements
- Must be physically capable of maintaining prolonged periods of sitting or standing with intermittent kneeling or bending
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll administration (3+ years)
- Experience in Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance or other compliance of wages stipulated in the Inflation Reduction Act requirements
- Experience with certified payroll and LCP Tracker software
- Bachelor's degree or higher
