- Adapt global messaging, value propositions, and positioning frameworks to resonate with local market dynamics, user personas, and regulatory realities.
- Be the voice of your region by uncovering user insights through research, competitor benchmarking, and user testing (beta/soft launch), feeding critical feedback directly into product roadmaps.

- Serve as the critical link between regional general managers, growth teams, and central product/PMM teams to align priorities and lead quarterly business reviews on regional impact.
- Drive measurable outcomes across feature adoption, product-led growth in target corridors, churn reduction, market share expansion, and awareness of new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), or Growth Marketing, with a strong preference for Fintech, digital payments, mobile apps, or remittances.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior within emerging and migrant markets.
- Demonstrated track record of regional ownership, driving results, and leading cross-functional alignment.
- Analytical mindset to translate complex data and insights into actionable, high-impact regional strategy.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy, and resource-constrained environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, English fluency (local languages are a strong plus), and willingness to travel approximately 40% to build deep consumer connections.
Requirements
- Experience marketing to APAC diaspora communities.
- Background in launching products across multiple geographies or within regulated industries.
- Expertise in mobile-first product adoption, especially in low-bandwidth or low-literacy environments.
Benefits
- Unlimited annual leave
- Great healthcare benefits
