Role Description

Lead SAP EWM/IWM implementation and support initiatives.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse and inventory management requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with A&D industry processes.
• Lead system integration efforts between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Oversee inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, RF configuration, and automation integration.
• Provide expertise in warehouse structure setup (storage types, sections, bins, work centers, etc.).
• Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.
• Drive data migration activities related to warehouse and inventory data.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to functional and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with A&D regulatory and traceability requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP EWM/IWM.
• Proven experience as a Lead in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including:
• Inbound & Outbound Processing
• Putaway & Picking Strategies
• Physical Inventory
• Batch & Serial Number Management
• Handling Units
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP.
• Experience working in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with decentralized and embedded EWM.
• Knowledge of RF framework and warehouse automation.
• Exposure to S/4HANA EWM.
• Understanding of compliance requirements within A&D domain.
