Role Description

Step into a dynamic, fast-paced marketing role where your creativity truly matters! As our Marketing Associate, you’ll play a hands-on part in shaping the voice and presence of our Mergers & Acquisitions team. From crafting compelling content to bringing bold ideas to life across digital and print channels, you’ll help drive engagement and elevate our brand in meaningful ways. This is a fully remote, temporary part-time position offering extensive hands-on experience and potential growth opportunities!

• Write engaging content for articles, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
• Develop, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms
• Assist in the creation and execution of drip email campaigns
• Draft and support the production of direct mailers
• Create visual and written materials for digital and print marketing
• Collaborate on short-term marketing projects and campaign planning
• Track basic engagement metrics to help assess content performance
• Brainstorm and present creative ideas to enhance brand awareness

Qualifications

• Strong creative writing and editing skills
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Ability to write long-form and short-form marketing content
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Understanding of direct mail marketing is a plus
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Prior marketing or communications experience preferred

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software
• Knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Skilled in creating engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to target audiences
• Ability to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms
