As our Marketing Associate, you’ll play a hands-on part in shaping the voice and presence of our Mergers & Acquisitions team. From crafting compelling content to bringing bold ideas to life across digital and print channels, you’ll help drive engagement and elevate our brand in meaningful ways. If you love writing, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy juggling creative projects, this role gives you the space to shine and make an immediate impact. This is a fully remote, temporary part-time position offering extensive hands-on experience and potential growth opportunities!
- Write engaging content for articles, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms
- Assist in the creation and execution of drip email campaigns
- Draft and support the production of direct mailers
- Create visual and written materials for digital and print marketing
- Collaborate on short-term marketing projects and campaign planning
- Track basic engagement metrics to help assess content performance
- Brainstorm and present creative ideas to enhance brand awareness
Qualifications
- Strong creative writing and editing skills
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Ability to write long-form and short-form marketing content
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Understanding of direct mail marketing is a plus
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Prior marketing or communications experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software
- Knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Skilled in creating engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to target audiences
- Ability to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms
