Job Description
Role Description
This position is eligible to be fully remote.
- Work closely with programs in a support function providing training, direction, and guidance in the application of compliant Earned Value processes during new program startup, re-plan requirements, and general execution.
- Coordinate with surveillance to define gaps, update process documentation/tools/training, communicate plan to deploy updates and training.
- Engage proposal teams to ensure structure proposed aligns with new program startup requirements where EV is required and includes standard bids for EV tasks.
- Lead Dashboard testing and communicate updates and new features to program community.
- Partner with Program Excellence to create/modify process and training for EV refresh initiatives.
- Lead EV training and documentation updates for EV certification, participate in program startup, and ad hoc program support.
- Develop strategy to shift training from live training to interactive online learning and define where snippets will be beneficial.
- Partner with training department to transform live PowerPoint based training to interactive online learning.
- Establish measures for initiative successes (ex. CAM performance, training effectiveness).
- Support BS&S driven IT projects, to include the support of systems and tool upgrades (such as systems change requests, new implementations, etc.).
- Support tool system administrators on as needed basis.
Qualifications
- Typically 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- EVMS knowledge with previous experience in Program Control or Project Finance working externally reported EVM programs with a strong understanding of government requirements as well as a proven ability to analyze financial data.
- Experience with EVM tools and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Interpersonal skills necessary for interfacing with all levels of management and across functions.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Executive level communication including written, verbal, non-verbal, and using remote audio/video communication software.

- Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518.
- Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
