Sales Support III - World Fuel
Location: Kansas City (Remote)

World Fuel is looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Retail Sales Support III to help strengthen our branded retail network. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and retail execution leader—working directly with our independent dealers to help them elevate their operations, strengthen brand image, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Sales Support III, you will play a critical role in supporting our branded retailers by:

Retail Execution & Brand Compliance

  • Delivering hands-on retail execution support and training using best practices.
  • Ensuring branded image standards are met and consistently maintained.
  • Conducting facility assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Improving PMPS and branded image evaluation scores through proactive coaching.

Customer Partnership & Influence

  • Guiding retailers on improving store‑level execution and operational excellence.
  • Encouraging retailers to adopt and fully leverage available marketing and promotional programs.
  • Helping independent dealers enhance their retail mindset, customer focus, and long‑term readiness.

Business Implementation & Performance

  • Executing business plans and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing the implementation of supplier promotions and branded credit card programs.
  • Maintaining strong evaluation scores from both management and customers.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail support role.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with diverse personalities and adapting to different environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned market (approx. 50‑mile radius).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or field support roles.
  • Background in energy, commercial, or industrial sectors is a plus.
