• Manage and resolve DSCSA-related tickets in ServiceNow • Triage incoming requests, validate data, and provide guidance to field teams • Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions for audit readiness • Monitor and resolve serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM • Coordinate with internal teams and external trading partners to address quarantined inventory and data errors • Support SOP implementation and compliance workflows for exception handling • Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed • Contribute to process improvements and training materials
