Role Description
Develop, apply, maintain, and improve quality methods, procedures, and standards for company products. As a member of the technical/process QA division, analyze user requirements and develop and execute software test plans.
- Analyze and write test standards and procedures
- Analyze test results, interpret trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain documentation of test results
- Design systems for recording and analyzing product quality levels
- Develop product quality control inspection specifications and techniques
- May telecommute
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a QA Analyst-related occupation
Requirements
- Software development, Java and JavaScript
- HTTP, Internet protocols and Web browsers
- Testing/developing web applications
- Working with different Testing Tools and White box testing
- Testing methodologies and techniques
- Read and write complex SQL queries required to diagnose problems across the product
- Read and comprehend PL/SQL, triggers, constraints
- Debugging issues across the product and Agile including Scrum, SCRUMBan, Kanban
