Job Description

• Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support, and the ability to answer or research the answers to internal and external customers • Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution • Review and manually report all incoming recoveries received within the internal queue • Follow up on fee approvals with clients for the recovery vendors in order to start actively running accounts • Follow up on voluntary assignments to ensure the recovery vendor has everything needed to secure the vehicle • Review with clients to confirm the lien on a vehicle at the request of the recovery vendor to avoid wrongful repossessions • Review and process recoveries and handle all additional client requests related to recovery operations • Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed • Act as liaison between client and recovery agent • Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities • Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and effectively in writing
  • Competent office skills are required
  • Daily use of Google applications such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
  • Implement and assure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics
  • Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team
