Role Description

As a Sales Account Executive specializing in Live Transfers, Inbound Processing, and Outbound Prospecting, you play a pivotal role in our sales ecosystem. You are responsible for converting warm and self-sourced leads into customers while driving consistent revenue growth.

  • Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and other approved channels to identify and engage prospective clients
  • Self-sourcing qualified opportunities and managing them through the full sales cycle
  • Closing your first 10 self-sourced deals as part of the onboarding and ramp process
  • Receive live transfer calls from the SDR team once ramp expectations are met
  • Seamlessly continue conversations initiated by SDRs and convert qualified leads into closed deals
  • Handle inbound inquiries from website forms, emails, and phone calls
  • Respond promptly to prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the purchasing process
  • Actively listen to prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent
  • Identify opportunities where Engage's services provide clear value
  • Maintain ownership of deals from initial contact through close
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with prospect goals
  • Clearly articulate product value, differentiation, and ROI
  • Influence buying decisions using consultative sales techniques
  • Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Track deal progress, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B closing experience
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and self-sourced deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace

Requirements

  • $80,000 base salary
  • $100,000 – $120,000 OTE
  • Uncapped commission structure
