We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Scope of Position & Technical Competency

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

  • Conduct screening on potential client calls.
  • Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
  • Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
  • Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.

Technical Competencies:

  • Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.
  • Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
  • Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.

  • Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships, and ability to be a team player.
