Job Requirements
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or related technology markets
- Deep familiarity with the TSD/technology advisor ecosystem (Telarus, Avant, Intelisys, AppDirect, Sandler, etc.)
- Proven track record of building and growing agent relationships that produce revenue
- Strong technical curiosity — you can talk SIP trunking, APIs, messaging compliance, and AI without breaking a sweat
- Exceptional communicator — clear, credible, zero fluff. Agents trust you because you know the product
- Comfortable presenting to both technical buyers and C-suite executives alongside your agents
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, build-it-as-you-go environment
- Willingness to travel to TSD events, partner meetings, and industry conferences
