**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**
Processes and assembles new business, renewals, and endorsements. Completes and prints filings and company action notices, enters information into the system, and performs other policy support tasks for the underwriting and rating area. Provides support for New Business Support. Supports Field Operations and assists with various new business submission tasks.
Essential Functions:
Electronically updates policy forms for new business and mails required states documents. Assembles and distributes policies and forms for new business, renewals, and endorsements including state filings. Types, reviews, assembles, and distributes individual manual policies, endorsements, and other related items.
Enters information for non-renewals, conditional renewals, direct notice of cancellations, and reinstatements into the ODEN system.
Performs policy support tasks, such as modifying drivers, emailing loss runs, and researching policy forms to accurately send certified copies to support the underwriting and rating department.
Provides support for the New Business Support team with new business submissions.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of office support experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Good computer knowledge and accurate data entry skills
Ability to file alpha and numeric information accurately
Good verbal and written communication skills
The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following:
$36,270 - $44,261 or $36,270 - $48,810A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
