Job Description

• Oversee all professional coding operations within Dayton Children’s • Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance • Maintain effective day-to-day workflow operations • Lead a team of professional medical coders

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • CPC, RHIT, AHIMA or RHIA certification required
  • Three+ years of experience in professional coding required
  • At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare coding regulations and compliance requirements
