• Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes • Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling, and multi-year "ramp" deals • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring all necessary stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance) sign off on exceptions • Support policy and compliance by enforcing "guardrails" regarding discounting levels, revenue recognition standards, and legal liability • Work with sales enablement to train sales representatives on how to use Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad • Identify "friction points" in the sales cycle and implement automation or workflow improvements to increase deal velocity.
