Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams in building and deploying advanced web applications and services into production.
- A proven track record of mentoring less-experienced engineers, conducting thoughtful code reviews, and coaching career growth.
- Experience working in Healthcare Technologies is a plus.
- Experience leading projects that involve creating and implementing AI/ML integrations is a plus.
- A strong understanding of complex data integrations, APIs, webhooks, and other popular integration methods.
- Solid understanding of how to prioritize projects and make critical tradeoffs between "nice-to-haves" and "must-haves".
- You find defects and architectural problems when reviewing code.
- You can architect systems that will scale beyond today’s expected usage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in debugging production issues.
- Comfortable working at a startup which moves fast with tight deadlines.
- You collaborate well with others and are dedicated to the company’s success.
- Frequently share your opinions and provide thoughtful feedback.
- You are comfortable learning on the job and working with unfamiliar tools.
- Familiarity with our tech stack is a plus.
