• Support the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and payment processing. • Review vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and correct GL coding. • Process vendor payments through various methods including ACH, wire, and check runs. • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate onboarding of new vendors, including W-9 collection and compliance with internal policies. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely payments while optimizing cash flow. • Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciliations. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals for purchases. • Support annual audits by providing AP documentation and responding to audit inquiries. • Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and internal controls as the organization scales. • Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
