Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Remote! – New York City Court Appearances – 130k – 200k + Large Bonuses!

We are an AV-rated national litigation firm with more than 200 attorneys across the country. We are a litigation defense firm representing insurers, businesses, and the insured. We have offices in over 10 U.S. States. We are known for handling cases that are complex and receive over $5 million in jury verdicts.

Job duties:

Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule. Our office in Manhattan has 15 Attorneys. Our firm has over 250 attorneys currently.

Most of these attorneys work either remote, or work 1-2 days in the office per week. The court appearances are in Manhattan. There is a support staff that is in the office Monday through Friday including an Office Manager and 4 Paralegals. Our office is in Midtown.

Base billables - 1920
Hit 10k bonus at 2000 hours
Tiered bonus system thereafter for every 100 hours
Can earn 15k-25k in annual bonuses

Develop compelling case strategies
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients

Required:

· NY bar

· Recent insurance defense experience

You should know some of the following:

· General, Premises, Products, Professional Liability

· Commercial, Civil Litigation

· Auto, PI

· NY Labor Law / Construction Litigation, Construction Defect

· Appellate

· Wrongful death

· Sexual Torts
