Job Description

• Evaluate, analyze, configure, design, and maintain HR Systems and related business platforms. • Maintain and optimize the HRIS (Workday) for accurate data management, reporting, and compliance. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support system functionality and provide data-driven insights. • Troubleshoot issues and deliver meaningful ad hoc and standard reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years HRIS experience, including Workday HCM configuration and administration.
  • Ability to learn independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights and solutions.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and uphold strong ethics and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience supporting global HRIS operations and troubleshooting data issues.
  • Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
