Job Description

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and report status to senior project managers and stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and action items. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, QA, design) to ensure alignment and task completion. • Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans. • Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. • Communicate project updates, changes, and decisions to relevant team members and stakeholders. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management team. • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role, preferably within a software or technology company.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
