About the Role:

The Vacation Planning Consultant supports clients by helping organize well-structured vacation experiences through thoughtful coordination and clear communication. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they review destination options, accommodations, and travel experiences while ensuring that each plan is clearly organized and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and reliability while supporting clients throughout the vacation planning process.

As a Vacation Planning Consultant, you will help clients evaluate travel options, organize itinerary details, and coordinate reservations that align with their preferences and travel timelines. This may include reviewing accommodation choices, organizing transportation arrangements, and coordinating activities that enhance the overall vacation experience. You will ensure that reservations are properly documented and that confirmations and travel details are organized in a clear and accessible format.

Clear communication is an important part of this role. Clients rely on accurate information and timely updates while their travel plans are being organized. You will assist with organizing planning timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that each vacation plan is prepared in a structured and dependable way.

This position is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining organized workflows and attention to detail. Training is provided for all new hires so you become familiar with planning systems, documentation procedures, and the coordination process used to organize vacation experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others organize meaningful travel experiences while maintaining reliable communication and structured planning practices.
