Role Description
This role involves being the primary delivery lead and a partner for strategic customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their value realization across Microsoft's Digital Cloud platforms.
- Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
- Align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.
- Link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.
- Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews.
- Initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives with Microsoft technology and services.
- Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and services, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience.
Requirements
- Must meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- Successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements.
- Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Prosci or equivalent certification.
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
- In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
