Overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Corporate Communications Intern will work closely with the Marketing team.

As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will support key initiatives across public relations, customer marketing, influencer relations, and internal communications. You will work on real-world projects that help tell the Precisely story to external audiences and employees while gaining hands-on experience in a B2B software environment. Key deliverables include research to support our Agentic AI strategy, industry trends and competitive research and analysis, written communications, and support for customer and internal programs.

What you will do:

  • You will support public relations efforts through media trend analysis, competitive research, media coverage tracking, and reporting
  • Take part in a research initiative to advance our Agentic AI strategy: uncovering gaps and informing content priorities, media targets, third-party opportunities, citation pathways, etc.
  • Support the Data Integrity Awards submission and selection process through research, promotion, coordination, and content development
  • Help research and engage with industry influencers, including maintaining contact lists and background materials
  • Assist with customer marketing initiatives, including support for the peer reviews program and identifying potential customers for storytelling and advocacy programs
  • Contribute to internal communications by supporting an intranet update project and the drafting of internal communications that will be shared companywide
  • Write, edit, and proofread corporate communications assets such as media quotes, customer testimonials, social media copy, branded content, awards submissions, and internal newsletters
  • Collaborate with team members across corporate and product marketing and the broader organization to support ongoing initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to research, synthesize information, and communicate insights clearly
  • Interest in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, or journalism—especially in a B2B or technology environment
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms; familiarity with business or technology topics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Program benefits:

  • Valuable experience related to the degree you are pursuing.
  • Hands on experience at an established tech company.
  • Networking opportunities with company leaders around the globe.
