The ideal candidate brings practical experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, and CRM systems, with required hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi and building API integrations between ADP and Deltek Costpoint. The role demands a strong command of APIs and middleware technologies and the ability to operate effectively within government security and compliance frameworks. This is a delivery-focused role requiring both technical depth and the communication skills to collaborate closely with PMO, business, and data stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop APIs, middleware components, ETL pipelines, and custom connectors to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Translate integration requirements provided by the Digital Transformation Manager into executable technical solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of a systems inventory documenting purpose, ownership, data domains, and integration touchpoints.
- Document current-state and future-state data flow diagrams and integration architecture views in partnership with the Digital Transformation Manager.
- Identify data quality issues, gaps, and transformation needs across source systems.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure integration outputs support dashboard and reporting requirements.
- Apply data mapping and normalization techniques to align disparate systems to common data models.
- Configure and customize enterprise platforms to support PMO and executive reporting needs.
- Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, and scheduled jobs to reduce manual data handling.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and deployment activities across development and production environments.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Partner with the Digital Transformation Manager to align technical deliverables with transformation roadmap milestones.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation including integration specs, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
- Communicate integration status, risks, and blockers clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure all integrations and data flows comply with applicable federal security standards including NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, or CMMC as required.
- Apply secure coding practices and participate in security reviews and accreditation activities.
- Follow change management and configuration control processes in accordance with program requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in systems integration, enterprise application development, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and ETL pipelines; hands-on experience with Dell Boomi is required.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or HCM platforms; direct experience with ADP and Deltek Costpoint is required, including building API integrations between the two systems.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting or development languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with federal IT compliance frameworks including FISMA, NIST, or FedRAMP.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret preferred).
- Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be able to successfully complete a background investigation prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal agency or DoD enterprise system implementations.
- Familiarity with PMO platforms and project portfolio management tools used in government environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau and their data source integration requirements.
- Relevant certifications such as Dell Boomi Professional Developer, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
