Key Responsibilities

Support audit readiness, internal audits, and CAPA process improvements. Support the team making sure CAPAs are well-defined with feasible timelines for execution. Monitor progress against due dates and escalate risks or delays appropriately.

Facilitate workshops and problem‑solving events to align collaborators and drive consensus to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Support and complete projects that will contribute to improvements of processes, all in partnership with manufacturing engineering, quality and other key stakeholders.

Prepare project documentation including Business Cases, timelines, risk assessments, and communication strategies.

Act as a liaison between Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, IT/ERP teams, and continuous improvement functions.

Ensure optimized processes meet medical‑device regulatory requirements, including traceability, documentation standards, and risk‑management expectations.

Analyze end‑to‑end operational processes across manufacturing, incoming inspection, quality control, production engineering, maintenance, and logistics.

Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate process performance, identify root causes, and measure improvements.

Serve as process lead on strategic, multi-functional transformation initiatives

Support organizational change activities such as communications, training, readiness, and performing follow up checks.

Contribute to process governance frameworks, methodologies, and best‑practice standards.

Coach / develop problem solving culture within the team making sure that actions are owned appropriately and that improvements are sustained.

Track and update information that will be used by leadership to understand health of major key performance indicators and for decision making / priority setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or business transformation roles.

  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
