We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who loves leading with data and insights.You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where you can leverage your strong communication skills to effectively drive alignment across marketing leadership and support key initiatives and strategic budget decisions. We are looking for a collaborative partner who is excited to support marketing investment decisions, critical growth projects, and proactively surface insights that drive efficiency and impact.
You are a strategic thinker who can anticipate future business needs and proactively scope solutions, with a natural curiosity to explore complex performance and attribution challenges.
What will you do?
- Lead high-impact analytics initiatives with the Marketing Inference Data Science team to inform data-driven marketing investment and allocation decisions.
- Execute in-depth analysis of marketing performance, channel effectiveness, incrementality, and customer acquisition trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.
- Partner on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) analyses to help quantify channel impact and support monthly and quarterly budget allocation decisions.
- Influence marketing strategy through actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical marketing KPIs, ROI metrics, and performance trends.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and measurement frameworks across paid and owned channels.
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science partners to refine and enhance data infrastructure that supports marketing analytics, inference modeling, and reporting capabilities.
- Become an expert on BetterHelp’s marketing funnel, acquisition channels, performance metrics, and regulatory considerations.
- Build a unified understanding of how marketing investments, customer behavior, and company goals align to drive sustainable growth.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics as a product analyst, preferably in a high-velocity consumer facing product
- A track record of delivering impactful insights that influence marketing investment decisions and drive measurable growth.
- Experience with incrementality analysis, attribution, MMM concepts, cohort & segmentation analysis, and other performance analytics techniques.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker to create compelling dashboards and reports. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, as well as experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Strong data communication skills, including visualization, technical writing, and business writing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder influence, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex modeling outputs and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
