- You bring 2+ years of experience teaching mathematics at the K-12 or university level, giving you a deep empathy with learners, teachers, and classrooms.
- You're able to harness creativity, empathy, and pragmatism to design learning experiences that are standards-aligned and lead to positive learning outcomes, even within the resource, curricular, and technology constraints of today’s classrooms.
- You are committed to equity and to delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences to all learners, particularly those in historically underrepresented groups or communities.
