Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, Public Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting federal proposal development or technical writing for government contracts
- Demonstrated experience responding to federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, or IDIQ task orders)
- Experience developing proposal compliance matrices and proposal outlines
- Strong writing, editing, and document organization skills
- Ability to interpret federal solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a proposal-driven environment
