Job Description

• Trade Credit Analyst serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth. • Responsible for day-to-day activities for Order to Cash (OTC) specifically related to Trade Credit business. • Partners with internal teams and external business partners. • Resolves discrepancies and solves problems, improves the accounting trade credit processes. • Executes cash application, invoice adjustments and refunds, reconciliations, and other month-end tasks within SAP, Blackline, and other third-party applications. • Supports departmental and strategic projects, collaborates with project/product managers, and balances workload. • Presents continuous improvement recommendations to managers and leaders.

Job Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Experience with SAP, Blackline, or other accounting software programs
  • Understanding of Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, and other Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
  • Order to Cash experience, including account reconciliation preparation and payment application processing
  • Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team to complete operational tasks and projects as assigned
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
  • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative, and financial reports.
