The Opportunity:
The Director, Project Management is responsible for leading client integration initiatives across Operations, Technology, and Revenue Cycle teams. This role serves as a senior delivery leader, ensuring new clients and acquired entities are successfully onboarded through disciplined project management, strong cross‑functional coordination, and deep Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise. The Director partners closely with Client Delivery, Operations, and Technology leaders to drive on‑time, on‑budget integrations while minimizing risk, protecting client experience, and supporting scalable growth. This role is critical to ensuring integration efforts transition smoothly into steady‑state operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Integration Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end client integration projects, from initiation through stabilization and handoff to operations.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent integration initiatives.
- Ensure integrations meet enterprise delivery standards, contractual commitments, and client expectations.
Project Management & Governance
- Apply structured project management methodologies and tools to drive consistent, predictable outcomes.
- Provide clear project reporting, issue escalation, and risk mitigation plans to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Project Management (EPM) governance, processes, and best practices.
Revenue Cycle Expertise
- Leverage end‑to‑end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge to guide integration activities across front‑end, mid‑cycle, and back‑end workflows.
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure revenue cycle processes are fully operational and optimized post‑integration.
- Support integration strategies that balance speed, quality, compliance, and financial performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Collaborate with Client Delivery, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor project managers and integration team members assigned to client initiatives.
- Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and leadership updates as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, preferably in healthcare or complex service environments.
- Strong end‑to‑end (E2E) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required.
- Proven experience leading client integrations, implementations, or large cross‑functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare services, revenue cycle outsourcing, or client delivery organizations.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience working within an enterprise PMO or EPM governance model.
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.

*This position pays between $125,000 – $165,000 base salary + annual incentive.
