The role  

In your role as a Senior Solution Architect, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within Valtech and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.   

A successful Solution Architect is highly adaptable, shows strong initiative, is able to work independently, has a driving desire to grow professionally towards specific goals, and is energized by working in a team environment. Role responsibilities

  • Devise intricate architectures to deliver integrated Enterprise DAM platforms and web experiences for our clients 
  • Inspire your team with well-designed and scalable architectures powered by AEM Assets and AEM Sites 
  • Able to partner closely with our project managers, business analysts and product managers to fulfill our client’s business requirements and maximum business value is being delivered   
  • Stay up to date with the latest innovation in the Adobe Experience Cloud, identifying areas of new opportunity for our clients with a strong focus on AEM  
  • Able to work closely with our creative teams, to ensure platform standards and value-props are being respected 
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to our clients, bringing thought leadership and helping inform their technical roadmap for Enterprise DAM, digital experiences and content supply chain solutions 
  • Able to consult across a holistic enterprise architecture and marketing stack, in which Adobe gets implemented including integration of AEM into enterprise environments 
  • Evangelizing best practices through the wider network of Valtech’s Adobe community 
  • Occasional hands-on coding, assisting the lead developers with POCs and challenging implementations 
  • Assist with top-down or bottom-up project estimations 
  • Acting as SME on opportunities sourced by the Business Development team 
  • Provide guidance and oversight for projects, identify and addresses technical issues as they arise 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency or consulting environment including effective collaboration with other disciplines such as UX/ Visual design, content and digital strategy, UI, etc. 
  • Track record of at least four years architecting and delivering large-scale implementations of AEM with a strong focus on AEM Assets as Enterprise DAM, Dynamic Media and advanced digital asset management aspects 
  • Hands-on experience with recent versions of AEM including AEM Cloud Service 
  • Experience connecting teams across countries and cultures 
  • Presales and pitch experience 
  • Experience delivering complex integrations with 3rd party systems such as ERP, CRM, DAM and PIM, preferably through cloud-native architectures including experience with asset migration, metadata modeling, ingestion pipelines, and automated asset processing 
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and tools including Cloud Manager 
  • Experience in unit and performance testing, both in methodology and tooling 
  • Deep exposure to agile development practices 
  • Experience with the following highly desirable: 
  • Edge Delivery Services 
  • Adobe I/O Runtime and AppBuilder 
  • Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion

This is a full time position based in the United States. The offered salary range is $120,000-$185,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
