Job Description
Role Description
The National Accounts Coordinator provides support to our National Account Specialists, retail customers, and internal customers. The National Accounts Coordinator prepares purchase orders, submits billing, and creates service routes in support of our retail customers.
- Prepares purchase orders and work orders for intercompany and customer requested supplies and services.
- Works closely with National Account Specialists to respond to and service retail customers.
- Researches and resolves concerns and questions for retail technician and customer calls.
- Assists other departments and divisions with customer needs.
- Uses software to build service routes for retail technicians.
- Updates supply logs, enters service dates into customer schedules, assembles routing for weekly retail services, and any other assigned tasks such as assisting National Account Specialists with customer reporting.
- Participates in on-call support for customers and technicians.
- Reviews and submits billing in support of retail customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of waste industry.
- Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in a high volume or large corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong computer, MS Excel, and phone skills required.
