Role Description
The Liaison III, Partnerships is instrumental in supporting and managing the relationships between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners or partnered health care facilities, facilitating successful placements for Integrative Practicum (IP) and Experiential Learning (EL). This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach to workload and relationship management, with an emphasis on transparent communication and continuous growth.
- Self-management and responsibility: Manages assigned workload with a high degree of independence, taking responsibility for delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality results.
- Professional relationship management: Acts as the primary liaison between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback: Embraces a growth-oriented approach by actively seeking opportunities to improve through feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving: Identifies potential issues early and proactively seeks solutions that align with partner and College needs.
- Attention to detail and data management: Responsible for accurately documenting and maintaining records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications in the CRM system and SharePoint.
- Clear and transparent communication: Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- Collaboration and coordination: Works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of IP and EL placements.
- Workload management: Balances multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously, managing a diverse workload with varying degrees of complexity.
- Adaptability and responsiveness: Adapts communication and approach based on partner needs and shifting priorities.
- Ethical responsibility and transparency: Upholds a high standard of ethical conduct, honoring commitments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring transparent communication.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and/or four years of relevant professionally related experience.
- Demonstrated at least 4 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in a variety of care settings including acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care is required.
- Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
- Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint is required.
- Ability to travel up per cadence above.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred.

- Budgeted Hiring Range: $74,000 — $76,000 USD
- All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
