Role Description
- Provide pre- and post-sale support to the North American RO sales team, including assisting in the sales process/on-site demonstration of CQ MEDICAL products and solutions.
- Prepare appropriate demonstration content and materials.
- Attend and/or participate in local, regional, and national meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Attend and/or deliver CME classes and prepare appropriate collateral.
- Assist with RFI/RFP preparation by providing clinical input.
- Prepare content and materials for internal training to increase clinical knowledge of NA RO sales team.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of radiation therapy clinical practices, regulations, and operations.
- Maintain a knowledge base of best practice standards in radiation therapy workflow.
- Coordinate with NA RO sales leadership and Clinical Sales Specialist colleagues to ensure training content and materials are consistent across the organization.
- Participate in product development discussions as required to provide accurate and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Provide strong customer service orientation with both external and internal customers.
- Effectively communicate to clinical professionals (oral and written) in troubleshooting Robotics hardware and software.
- Possess expert knowledge of company products and service policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- ARRT Radiation Therapist Certification or 2+ years of experience as a medical physicist required.
- Two to five years clinical experience.
Requirements
- Experience with both CT Simulation set-ups and daily Treatment set-ups.
- Attention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
- Desire and ability to learn our products and those of our competition as well as understand the needs of our customers.
- Highly organized with a strong self-structure to utilize time effectively.
- Ability to effectively address varied audiences for training, product demonstrations, negotiations, and CE programs.
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- The ability to provide training and information about the safety and proper operation of equipment and systems.
- The ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and adequate liability insurance.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.

- Bend/Stoop: Rarely - Defined as bending body forward or laterally by bending spine at the waist.

- Push/Pull: Never - Associates push/pull chairs/materials with force up to 10 lbs.
