Job Description
• Manage and mentor QA engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in testing
• Prepare releases and perform root cause analysis for defects
• Collaborate with development team to enhance quality standards and feedback loops
• Plan and prioritize manual and automated tests, triage bugs, and manage QA workload
• Document and train standardized QA processes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, SDET, or software development
- Experience leading QA efforts and working hands-on with automated tests
- Ability to balance planning and executing test strategies
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of test architecture, CI pipelines
- Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and solving complex problems
