Job Requirements
- Associates degree with at least 1+ year prior relevant work experience OR High School diploma/GED equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Healthcare customer service (preferred)
- 5 plus years of experience in the specialty testing/genetics customer service (preferred)
- Medicare/Medicaid billing experience (preferred)
- Professional medical billing and collection practices (preferred)
- Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) (preferred)
