About the role:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget alignment. Partnering closely with the Associate Director of Project Management, the PM drives cross-functional teams to develop effective, client-focused solutions that fuel revenue growth and business success.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can maintain a broad project vision while managing detailed execution across all phases. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to adapt, innovate, and create scalable, repeatable processes that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, and production teams.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- 1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, Ziflow, Workfront, Teams
