Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a specific product area within DEUNA’s payments platform.

As a PM, you will act as the ultimate source of truth for your product, ensuring clear visibility of what exists, what is coming next, and what remains in the backlog. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Integration teams to define impactful solutions that solve real customer problems while aligning with DEUNA’s long-term platform vision.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and execution discipline in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for your product area.

- Ensure alignment between product initiatives, company goals, and customer needs.

- Act as the source of truth for current features, upcoming releases, and backlog priorities.

- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Initiative Ownership

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, expand, or mature your product line.

- Translate aggregated customer needs into structured initiatives and product improvements.

- Design solutions that address underlying problems rather than simply documenting feature requests.

- Define measurable success metrics before development begins.

Product Execution

- Write clear product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to design scalable and high-impact solutions.

- Drive product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment across teams.

- Track and evaluate the impact of launches and continuously optimize product outcomes.

Prioritization & Decision-Making

- Evaluate incoming requests and prioritize based on business value, product strategy, and technical constraints.

- Clearly articulate rationale for prioritization decisions and limitations.

- Provide technical or capacity-based reasoning for “no-go” decisions when necessary.

Cross-Functional Alignment

- Lead regular product syncs with Product Marketing Managers and Integration teams.

- Participate in weekly product review sessions with cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure product positioning and enablement materials are accurate.

Product Communication

- Maintain clear documentation of product features, roadmap updates, and product capabilities.

- Communicate the true state of the product internally across stakeholders.

- Ensure all product materials reflect the current and future capabilities of the platform.

Outcome Ownership

- Monitor product performance and adoption after release.

- Take ownership of product outcomes, continuously improving performance based on data and feedback.

- Ensure product initiatives deliver measurable value to both clients and the business.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management.

Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.

Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions.

Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in technical environments.

Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience writing product specifications and requirements.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced or fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
