Job Description
• Applies senior level knowledge and expertise of compliance to implement the compliance risk system
• Develops and maintains all necessary compliance policies and procedures for organizational area
• Directs the development and implementation of compliance programs, mechanisms, reports and protocols
• Investigates and resolves complex compliance problems
• Communicates with functional area management regarding compliance and risk culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline
- Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience
- Senior level knowledge of regulatory compliance, with specific insurance compliance knowledge highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
