- 1.5+ years of hands-on LLM experience (2023-present)
- Experience building scalable LLM-powered products
- Experience building multi-step AI agents
- Deep understanding of prompting strategies
- Expert-level Python skills
- Strong experience with scalable backend systems
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Proven ability to integrate multiple APIs
- Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments
- Experience implementing evaluation frameworks
- Understanding of experimental design
