Job Description
• Supports the SPMO in strengthening enterprise delivery performance
• Partners with project and program teams to apply foundational project management practices
• Increases transparency into delivery health and proactively surfaces risks and issues
• Helps implement and mature portfolio management standards
• Develops and maintains standardized dashboards that provide transparent views of delivery health
• Supports quarterly portfolio reviews and executive reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program and project management
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with project management software and tools (Smartsheet, Project, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
