Job Description
• Translate UW Health’s proven earn-and-learn pathways into scalable, multi-state solutions.
• Secure major philanthropic grants and government funding to support replication and field-building.
• Present compelling short pitches, briefings, and conference presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, resource planning, and operational execution for a start-up environment.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field such as workforce, education or business development Required
- PhD in a related field such as workforce, education or business development Preferred
- 5 years in higher education, workforce or business start up Required
