• Partner with the Communications, Product Marketing, and Events teams to define the content components for each session ensuring alignment with overall event objectives and audience takeaway goals. • Work closely with the Events and Design teams to assess the staffing requirements (both internal and external) for each project, taking into account available budget constraints. Help set realistic expectations for what can be achieved within those limits. • Collaborate with Communications, Product Marketing, Events, and Design teams to create detailed and realistic timelines for content creation and execution. • Ensure all teams remain aligned by proactively communicating developments with cross-functional impact. Adapt staffing plans and timelines as necessary to address evolving needs and challenges, keeping all teams informed of updates and changes. • Act as the main point of contact for speakers, ensuring that they are well-prepared and briefed on expectations, technical requirements, and event logistics. • Partner with the production and AV teams to ensure that all technical aspects of the main stage are meticulously planned and executed. This includes working with lighting, sound, video, and stage design to achieve a cohesive, engaging main stage experience. • Lead in managing the final delivery of content, acting as the primary point of contact for the production team or external agency during rehearsals and throughout the event. Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. • Schedule and communicate all table reads and pre-event/onsite rehearsals for both internal and external speakers. Serve as the main point of contact for rehearsal logistics, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any last-minute adjustments or issues.
