• Own products end-to-end: discovery → definition → design/UX → implementation → launch → iteration • Write production-grade TypeScript across the stack (React/ Next.js on the front-end; Node.js on the back-end) while following best practices • Build and maintain internal tools that make our team faster • Ship features across our external sites and webapps, including Space – our founder portal – and public marketing surfaces • Craft polished UIs with React and our internal component library; contribute components and patterns back to the library • Integrate third-party APIs (auth, payments, email) and own data models, caching, and performance • Raise the bar on engineering quality: code reviews, CI/CD, reliability, and accessibility
