Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Migration Director to join our Oracle Health team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading enterprise data conversion strategy for large-scale EHR transformations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Define framework for conversion, abstraction, archival, and legacy system retirement.
- Oversee mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation standards, and validation protocols.
- Partner with clinical and revenue cycle leaders to validate data accuracy and completeness.
- Lead mock conversions, final load strategy, and go-live data readiness assessments.
- Manage archival strategy and ensure appropriate access and compliance post-transition.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience Requirement: 10+ years healthcare IT experience, 5+ years leading enterprise data migration initiatives, Oracle Health (Cerner) conversion experience strongly preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Data mapping and reconciliation expertise
- Knowledge of clinical and revenue cycle data domains
- Regulatory and compliance understanding
- Executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Strong program leadership capability

- Client dependent travel required.
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$250,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
