Role Description

In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and booking incredible travel experiences from relaxing beach escapes and cruises to exciting international adventures.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets
• Plan and book domestic and international vacations including cruises, resorts, tours, and packages
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
• Research destinations and recommend travel experiences tailored to each client
• Prepare travel documents, confirmations, and invoices
• Recommend additional services and upgrades to enhance the overall trip experience
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple websites or booking systems
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to recommend travel options
